We provide a Secure ordering environment, throughout the ordering process. Your Credit Card Transactions are securely encrypted, and all transactions are subject to the approval of Authorize Net, a service which safely verifies all credit card information.
We guarantee all our ceramic pieces to be as described. ALL OF
THE POTS ARE SIGNED BY THE ARTIST . ALL OF THE POTS ARE INTENDED FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR COOKING, EATING AND ARE NOT WATERTIGHT.
In the event that we fail to describe accurately the item, the buyer has 4 days to notify us and may return it, in the same condition as received for a refund of full purchase price. If returned
for any other reason there will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged and buyer is responsible for all shipping & insurance charges.
Please remember that no handmade pot is absolutely perfect, which is contrary to machine made pottery. (The latter being absolutely inferior in every aspect).

We ship Worldwide through USPS Priority Mail Insured or Fed Ex . It will take approximately 5 business days for you to receive your order if in the US. If shipped outside US , we will send you an estimate of shipping costs, after you submit your order. International Orders may require more time to arrive. All orders are insured . Each ceramic piece is inspected before packing it and every box is inspected before it leaves our facility. . Inside Mexico is willing to assist you in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness does not make Inside Mexico responsible for the collection of claims or replacement of this items. Fortunately loss or damage is a very rare event; we have packed and shipped hundreds of ollas and have hardly ever had any damage.
International buyers shall be responsible of all custom duties their home country imposes. If the items are damaged while
inspected by their country's customs bureau, customer shall assume responsibility and proceed with carrier for insurance claim if applicable. Seller will not be held responsible for such damage.
We professionally pack all our ceramic pieces.
First, each item is carefully "Bubble-Wrapped" and then it is individually packed in a rigid carton box. We further protect the ceramic with
cushioning material (Instapack©, paper, foam pads or "peanuts") inside the box on all sides of the item.
Each ceramic piece is inspected before packing it and every box is inspected before it leaves our facility.
All orders are insured . Inside Mexico is willing to assist you in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness does not make Inside Mexico responsible for the collection of claims or replacement of the items.
All packing materials are new and clean.
