spectacular Juan Quezada deep red matte olla,  with gorgeous dark terracotta undertones. The perfect cream linework accentuates the characteristic elegance of Juan's ollas.  

This is the most recent creation by Juan Quezada.     He calls this new beautiful colored clay "rojo enchilado", hot spicy  red.  This new clay discovered by Juan is completely different to other red clays found in Mata Oritz. This is a deep rich and intense new color that brings out the beauty of the pot's form.

This is the best investment in Mata Ortiz pottery. Juan's ollas can only go up in price, and as he mentioned it to us he will soon be increasing his prices!
