Nice light gray colored olla by Jose Quezada one of the most successful second generation Mata Ortiz potters.

Jose Quezada is the eldest son of master potter Nicolas Quezada, pioneer artist of Mata Ortiz. Frequently Jose's pieces command higher prices than his famous father's .

 Jose  decorated this olla with detailed black and red painting  with his trademark suns.
