Tomas Quintana lives in a neighboring village of Mata Ortiz and for many years has been an admirer of the work of the potters. On his own he has developed a special kind of effigies, inspired by Mata Ortiz designs. 

Tomas creates a wide variety of perfectly formed animals such as this gorgeous lizard.
