Jose Quezada is the eldest son of master potter Nicolas Quezada, pioneering artist of Mata Ortiz. Frequently Jose's pieces command higher prices than his famous father's .

The remarkable precise, antique white colored  linework  creates a striking dynamic effect. This amazing  olla is crowned with a lovely  fish.

Absolutely stunning  HUGE pot! (This is the largest pot I have ever offered!)

FLAW: Unfortunately this amazing pot has a slight discoloration at the bottom of the olla that is almost unnoticeable. A good opportunity to add monumental, outstanding piece by a top of the line Mata Ortiz artist.
